The MDP Shrink Tunnel Machine range Models 3020, 4525, 4535, and 6535L is designed for efficient, high-quality shrink packaging using PVC, POF, and PP shrink films. These machines adopt hot-wind and down-cyclone heating technology, combined with intelligent temperature control and AC variable speed regulation to deliver consistent and uniform shrinking.
The tunnel height and side shutters are adjustable to suit different product dimensions.
Model MDP 4525 features a single hot wind tunnel, while Models MDP 4535L & MDP 6535L have lengthened double hot wind tunnels, offering enhanced shrinking performance for larger or high-volume packaging.
Conveyor options include Teflon belt (for lightweight or irregular items) and roller type (ideal for heavy loads).
These shrink tunnels are widely used across multiple industries including food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, cosmetics, books, toys, and hardware.

The MDP 4535 Shrink Chamber Machine is a high-efficiency packaging solution that integrates sealing and shrinking into one step. Its transparent cover allows operators to monitor the sealing and shrinking process.Equipped with a nano-fiber cutter holder and anti-sticking thermo-stable nichrome cutter, it ensures perfect sealing without cracking or coking. Special rollers with pins release air from the film to prevent wrinkles and bubbles. The sliding film support and adjustable package holders allow the machine to accommodate various product sizes.The MDP 4535 is designed for continuous operation with low energy consumption (~2.5 kW/hour) and can be easily moved or fixed with truckles and brakes. The MDP-5045M Automatic L Sealer is a fully automatic shrink packaging machine widely used in food, electronics, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, stationery, metalware, toys, garments, daily-use products, bamboo products, and more.
